Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The discovery call is a complimentary 15-minute conversation to understand your goal and discuss how The Colbert Group may help. Paid consulting or project work is agreed separately.
Can I inquire without booking a call?
Yes. Use the inquiry form below to share your project, event, or service needs. You can also email info@colbertgroupconsulting.com.
Do you work with clients outside your local area?
Yes. Virtual services are available to clients across the United States. In-person work, travel, and scheduling are discussed as part of the project scope.
How are fees and payments handled?
Starting fees are listed on the Services page. For a project, we confirm the scope, fee, and payment schedule in writing. You receive an invoice with the payment options available for that engagement.
Do you offer nonprofit or community pricing?
Yes. We work with a range of budgets and offer special pricing for nonprofits, affinity groups, community-based organizations, and grassroots initiatives. Share your budget or funding range if you have one.
What if I am unsure which service I need?
