These rates cover interview planning and an interviewer or host. The final proposal confirms the run of show, location, and deliverables before you book.

Hosted red carpet or event interviews with individuals and groups. Includes a planning call, interview approach, and on-site hosting.

Up to 4 hours
Longer interview coverage across arrivals, programmed moments, and featured guests, with advance planning around your priorities.
Additional hosting time: $200 per hour, subject to availability and agreed in advance. Custom multi-day or multi-host programs receive a separate quote.
Production: A camera operator, recording, audio, lighting, livestreaming, photography, editing, captions, and finished video clips are not included in these hosting rates. We can discuss your production team or quote those needs separately.
Travel and event expenses: Required travel, lodging, airfare or mileage, ground transportation, parking, venue access, equipment rentals, and other project expenses are additional. We itemize and approve them with you before a booking is confirmed.
One rate structure for all: These Media rates apply equally to businesses, nonprofits, and community groups. Every engagement is scoped individually; no organization-type pricing tier applies.
