Brennden D. Colbert
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Our founder’s ten years of experience span training and development, recruiting, human resources, onboarding, and curriculum design. That work informs a belief at the heart of our firm: a clear process should also be a human one.
At The Colbert Group, we help clients turn goals into decisions, programs, and next steps. Community engagement, facilitation, and public speaking connect that work to the people and priorities behind it.
We also believe fashion can strengthen self-esteem and authentic self-expression. Our styling practice helps clients feel more confident in the way they show up. Through TCG Books and author conversations, we extend that focus to fear, resilience, identity, and growth.
